This site is dedicated to developing a better understanding of how the public sector slows down progress – and provides a range of tools and insights to enable you to do something about it. Our main premise is that the language used within the public sector is often a mechanism to slow down or prevent change or progress. This language can be challenged by being understood better, backed up with a range of strategies to challenge what we call the ‘creative inertia’ inherent within public sector organisations.
